AirCraft Elbow With O-ring 12mm - 3/8" M BSP PU Hose Fitting
At a Glance: 12mm push-in tube connection to 3/8" Male BSP thread with an O-ring seal in a compact 90° elbow.
A clean 90° turn with extra sealing support for higher-flow pneumatic setups. The AirCraft Elbow With O-ring 12mm-3/8" M BSP PU Hose Fitting connects 12mm pneumatic tubing to a 3/8" BSP female port using a fast push-in connection, keeping routing tidy and reducing strain on the tube. The integrated O-ring supports sealing at the port face on compatible connections, helping reduce leak risk on compressors, FRLs, regulators, manifolds and workshop air systems where reliability matters.
Standout feauture or series/quality/range: AirCraft Push-In Pneumatic Fittings with O-Ring Seal
Quick push-in tube connection paired with an O-ring at the thread for a tidy, leak-resistant finish in compact pneumatic installations.
Features
- Push-in 12mm tube connection Tool-free tube installation and removal for faster servicing.
- 3/8" Male BSP thread Suits common BSP ports on manifolds, air service units and pneumatic components.
- O-ring sealed thread Helps enhance sealing at the port face on compatible ports and fittings.
- 90° elbow configuration Improves routing, reduces tube stress and helps prevent kinks.
Benefits
- Neater routing: Keeps 12mm tubing runs tidy and reduces strain at the port connection.
- Improved leak resistance: O-ring support plus correct tube insertion helps minimise air loss.
- Faster maintenance: Push-in design speeds up tube swaps and line changes.
Extra Information
- Use with 12mm OD PU or nylon pneumatic tubing. Square-cut tube ends give the best seal.
- Thread check: This fitting is 3/8" Male BSP. Confirm your port is BSP (not NPT) before installation.
- O-ring sealing works best on compatible port faces. Depending on your equipment, a suitable thread sealant may still be recommended.
Pro Tip
- Seat the O-ring properly and keep the port face clean—tighten sensibly (don’t crush the O-ring), then leak-test with soapy water before putting the system under full pressure.
Safety
- Isolate and depressurise the air system before installing or removing pneumatic fittings.
- Wear eye protection when working with compressed air and pressurised lines.
- Do not over-tighten—excess force can damage threads, distort sealing faces or crush the O-ring.
- After installation, leak-test the joint before returning equipment to service.
- Use only within the rated limits of your pneumatic system and with compatible tubing/materials.
