AUTO COLOUR CREATION
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of automotive paints, coatings, consumables, and related products by Auto Colour Creation to the purchaser (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Auto Colour Creation.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Custom-mixed paints are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once produced.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Rand Value, inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated.
Payment terms: For all payment we only accept debit cards via peach payments.
Auto Colour Creation reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

3. Delivery and Collection
Delivery/collection dates are estimates only. Auto Colour Creation is not liable for delays outside its control.
Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection.
Ownership remains with Auto Colour Creation until full payment is received.

4. Returns and Refunds
Standard stock items may be returned within 7days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Custom-mixed paints, tinted products, and opened items are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed by the same method as original payment.

5. Product Use and Liability
Products must be used strictly according to manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring suitability for their intended use.
Auto Colour Creation accepts no liability for improper application, storage, or mixing by the Customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Colour Creation is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Products.

6. Warranty
Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
No additional warranties are provided unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibility
Customer acknowledges that paints and related products may be hazardous.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.
Customer must handle, store, and dispose of Products in compliance with local regulations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Cape, Cape Town].

9. Amendments
Auto Colour Creation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of sale will apply.
